September 26th, 2007 by Admin

People believed green tea good for diet and have many good health benefits. Drink a cup can be reviving and gives delicious taste. However this drink need certain special treatment and attention to prepare it. This is an easy way to guide you to prepare and brew a cup of delicious green tea.

  • Must use good quality green teas. Using less quality will not give good flavor. If you have no choice, only have lesser quality, boil water and steep for a longer period of time to help extract the flavors and nutrition.
  • Do not boil the water or steep it for too long period of time if using good quality green tea. Because doing so can cause bitter and sharp flavor. Using gently heat water and steep only half the time recommended for good quality one.
  • Use a cooper pot for ideal taste. Glass pot can be used as second choice if don’t have cooper pot, but never use aluminum pot. Because it will change the flavor.
  • To steep it, use only porcelain or ceramic base.
  • Do not add the tea right into boiling water. Allow it to cool down for approximately 3-5 minutes for best result. To ensure proper temperature, see the hot water steam direction. If the steam is drifting all the way up, so the water is too hot. Wait until the steam drift sideways then you can add it into the water.

So beside good for diet, you can have good taste on it.
Have a good diet day!

Aluminum flouride showed capacity to damage brain and kidneys in lab rats
