Using Green Tea for Cooking, Is It Possible?
As we know, green tea diet is one of several good diet plan, but some people do not know that green tea can be used for cooking, may be it is just because they don’t know how to use it. For some people using it for cooking is uncommon thing to do.
Nowadays, a lot of people uses green tea for making food and beverages. First question that pops in mind is “How can you use it for cooking? Is it difficult to use it for cooking?” The answer is: You can use it for cooking! And it is a very easy thing to do. All you have to do is replace water that you use with brewed green tea. For cooking, stronger tea is better so we recommend to use loose-leaf tea, because it will give more flavor and color to the end product. Or else if we want simpler, we can use green tea powder (this powder available in the market). We can also use Mathca for better taste. Matcha usually more expensive than regular green tea powder because Matcha made from Gyokuro leaves that is used for tea ceremony in Japan, instead of regular green tea that can be made from almost any green tea leaves.

You should try this green powder or Matcha on your recipe, and you will surprised with the unique and delicious taste that come from it. I couldn’t agree more. Green tea is delicious in cooking and so easy to use - prepare it in advance and use as required.
It is also very good for you and today people are starting to realise that it is an important aid to weight loss.
